Neuroinclusive Coaching, Consultancy & Movement

for minds that think, work and lead differently

A woman with long dark hair smiling, wearing a checked blazer over a black top with a gold necklace, in a BBC Newsroom with desks and screens in the background.

Lara Joannides, Founder

Fifteen years at the BBC, first in high-pressure newsrooms, then leading organisation-wide culture change, taught me what it takes to build environments where people can be exceptional - and what gets in the way.

So I founded Reframe and Reform to bridge the gap between inclusion strategy, the reality of the workplace, and individual wellbeing.

I bring deep lived experience to my work, having been diagnosed with AuDHD (ADHD and Autism) in my late 30s after years of boom-and-burnout cycles. I know first-hand how important an integrated, body-aware approach is to help minds that work differently, live sustainably.

If you’re ready to do things differently, I’d love to hear from you!

TESTIMONIALS

  • "Lara is able to combine leadership, creativity, and high levels of organisation to great effect. She has a remarkable ability to communicate complex and sensitive issues and ideas. When Lara was working on 50:50, I knew it was in the safest of hands. The range of her skills is remarkable, as is the standard of the work that she does."

    - Ros Atkins, Director of BBC 50:50 The Equality Project

  • “Working on the BBC News Awards, Lara was unwaveringly wise, organised, collaborative, enthusiastic, creative and positive. She brought brilliant ideas, strong teamwork and was unphased by any obstacles, always finding a solution to any issue. Quite frankly we couldn't have done it without her!”

Emily Kirwan, Head of Internal Communications and Engagement, BBC News

  • "Lara is one of the most empathetic and effective managers I've worked with in over 18 years in journalism. She combines genuine warmth with real professional rigour. She puts people at ease while keeping sessions purposeful and impactful. All that makes her a natural fit for coaching - and particularly for neuroinclusive coaching. I'd recommend her without hesitation."

    - Hewete Haileselassie, Strategic Leadership & Ethical Communications Consultant (ex-BBC)

  • “Lara’s understanding of neurodiversity has not only been validating, but also effective in tailoring coaching to me and my unique brain. I feel like I’m actually being listened to and not as though a “one size fits all” approach is being applied to me during sessions. Lara is incredibly empathetic and collaborative - it feels like we are working together as a team to develop and hit my goals. If you are thinking about coaching, I can’t recommend Lara enough, especially if you are neurodivergent!”

    - PH, Coaching Client

  • “Lara has really helped with my confidence and how I view myself at work. I have such a stronger sense of myself and my skills in the workplace - something I'd struggled to pinpoint and articulate before coaching. She really listens, is incredibly warm and insightful, and has an uncanny knack of replaying what you've said back to you with a different perspective.”
